The assignment
A new automotive supply plant for an international automotive manufacturer was established in Poland, with an integrated manufacturing chain from injection moulding to shipping.
02 / Responsibility
My contribution
I was responsible for the greenfield development and ramp-up of the plant. Its manufacturing scope included injection moulding, metallisation, assembly, testing and shipping, requiring coordinated development across the entire site.
03 / Outcome
What was achieved
The plant was successfully ramped up within 18 months and positioned as a high-performing top supplier.
