Governing law and jurisdiction

Austrian substantive law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of performance is the registered office of KPI Industrial Transformation; disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the court with subject-matter competence at that registered office. For the amicable settlement of disputes, reference is made to the mediation rules of the Vienna International Arbitral Centre (VIAC).
