The assignment
An automotive supply plant in Styria had to close for strategic reasons, rather than financial difficulties. Production was transferred to Romania and Germany.
02 / Responsibility
My contribution
I took responsibility for the closure and production transfers, successfully implemented the legal aspects and led negotiations with the authorities and trade union, including the social plan.
03 / Outcome
What was achieved
An orderly commercial wind-down and socially responsible closure, with production transferred to the two destination locations.
